Samsung Galaxy S III is the successor of the Galaxy S II that runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with Samsung nature-inspired TouchWiz UI. It has a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED display with 720 x 1280 resolution pixels, 1.4GHz Exynos quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM.
