From the image, you can see the device will have 3.3-inch display, running on Android OS 2.3 (Gingerbread), and a 800MHz processor. Other specs include, HSDPA 7.2Mbps, 3GB internal storage, and 3-megapixel camera. Perhaps its too soon for to expect ICS updates.
