Gadmei Has Glasses-Free 3D TabletsGadmei is showing off two tablets with glasses-free 3D technology at CES – the T863 and E8-3D. They are both 8-inch display but the T863 has a 1280x 768 pixels and the E8-3D’s 1280 x 800 pixels and use parallax barrier for 3D.
The Verge reports they are quite similar physically, and share identical hardware with Android 4.0.3 on top of a 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB storage and a 5000mAh battery. There is a 0.3-megapixel webcam, an optional 2-megapixel rear shooter, microSD slot, micro USB and mini HDMI port.
Gadmei is pricing the T863 for around USD $130 which the company says is available now. And the E8-3D is priced at USD $160, but Gadmei has not announced its release date yet.
